CRM, accounts, orders, people and payroll, and more run on their own, from $19 a month. The ones that run on a server plug into Boardroom later. Most are priced per business; people and payroll is priced per active user.
Boardroom's helpers do the work, so there is nothing to count per seat. One price covers the business however many people it employs.

No. Every helper has a built-in playbook and works without one. Adding a Claude API key from Anthropic is optional, and any usage on it is billed by Anthropic.
