We aim to answer within 24 hours; that is a target, not a guarantee, and nothing is sent automatically - the reply is read back on the same page, or by writing to us. ## How the AI workers are governed Every action an agent takes passes one gate. Reversible actions run. Irreversible ones wait for a human to type EXECUTE, or for a signed mandate naming the action, a daily cap and an expiry date. Anything that affects a person is decided by a human every time, and no mandate can cover it. Actions are written to a hash-chained log, which makes tampering evident rather than impossible. ## What we do not claim - No ISO 27001, no SOC 2, and no third-party penetration test. - Software on a customer’s computer is only as safe as that computer. - Browser location can be spoofed; treat it as a record, not as proof. - Handwriting recognition is unreliable, so a person confirms it. - Payments and capital are not built, not licensed and not offered.
