What to reach us about

• See it first. We will book a screen-share, walk you through any app, and answer what it does not do.
• A price for your business. Some apps are quoted once we know your size and how you work.
• Getting set up. Installation, moving your existing records in, and training your staff.
• Something is wrong. If an app you bought is misbehaving, say so and we will fix it.
• An app that does not exist yet. Several on our list are built but not open — ask and we will tell you honestly where it stands.

When we reply

We are in India (IST, UTC+5:30) and answer through the working day, Monday to Saturday. Email is the only front door, and it is deliberate: an answer in writing is one both of us can hold each other to. If you write outside those hours you will hear back the next working morning — we would rather say that than promise a number we cannot keep.
