We are in India (IST, UTC+5:30) and answer Monday to Saturday, within one business day. That overlaps the whole Gulf working day and UK mornings; from the US you usually have an answer waiting when you start. Email is the only front door, and that is deliberate: an answer in writing is one both of us can hold each other to.
