Autonomy is earned by review.
A new helper asks before every action. Once you have reviewed three of its actions (approving or rejecting both count), it does work that can be undone on its own. Money, messages and anything you cannot undo always wait for you, however long it has run. You can set it back to asking at any time.
Every action is on the record. Tamper-evident, not tamper-proof.
Each record carries the SHA-256 hash of the one before it. Change a past record and every hash after it stops matching: the chain cannot hide the edit. These hashes are computed in your browser right now. Nothing is tamper-proof, and we do not say it.

Also: a point of sale with tax worked out per piece, bills that cannot be changed without the chain saying so, camera footfall counting, and a competitor file where every front stays unscored until a person has looked.
An amber ring marks an agent whose work waits at the gate: broadcasts, posts, price changes and calls are irreversible, and calls concern a person. The 18 detectors: void rate, discount override, return without bill, sweetheart return, cash-short pattern, after-hours bill, bill sequence gap, duplicate bill, footfall vs bills, Benford, below cost, shrinkage, loyalty abuse, exchange upgrade, drawer no-sale, edited after write, round-amount bias, cashier refund ratio. A finding is a question with evidence, never a verdict, and the owner's answer teaches the detector.

Tell us a job in your business that repeats and that none of the helpers covers. We build the helper, its tools and its gate, test it against your records, and ship it as a plugin for your company only. It runs under the same rules as every other helper: reversible work runs, money and messages ask, a person always decides about a person.
Connect the software you keep.
Give Altitude the address of a program you keep, your billing software, your online shop's back office, your office server, and how it signs in. It reads the program's own description of its API (OpenAPI, Swagger, or an Altitude manifest) and lists what that program can do in plain words. You tick what the helpers may use.
Keys are encrypted at rest, never sent to a browser, never logged. On a hosted server only public https addresses are allowed.
Move your data in.
Name the software you use now. Altitude searches this computer, a network folder you name, or the connected cloud for its data: spreadsheets, CSV, SQLite, exports. It opens everything read-only, maps the columns to its record books in plain words, shows you what it found, and copies it in without duplicates. It never opens secrets.
For developers: ship a boardroom.json manifest beside your app and Altitude discovers it as a plugin, with the risk you declare for each capability.

What is AWAAS?
Agentic Workflow as a Service: a name we coined for software that builds the workflow for your trade and staffs it with agents, rather than selling you a general agent and leaving the process to you. Altitude is the first product built on it. Many companies sell agents; this is a different thing to buy.
What if a helper makes a mistake?
New messages, calls, money spent and orders placed wait for your yes, so a mistake there stays a draft. Replies to a customer who messaged you in the last 24 hours count as everyday work: a new helper asks first, and answers alone only after you have reviewed 3 of its actions. Everything lands on the record either way.
Do I need an AI subscription?
No. Every helper has a built-in playbook and works without one. If you add a Claude API key from Anthropic, the same helpers get sharper, under the same rules. A ChatGPT or Claude chat subscription can't be used for this, and API usage is billed by Anthropic.
Does it replace the software I already use?
It doesn't try to. Altitude notices the software you already run, leaves it alone, and builds only the record books you don't already have. What you keep can be connected through its API or have its data moved in, read-only.
Can it message my customers on its own?
Replies, yes, once you let it: a new helper asks before answering anyone, and after you have reviewed 3 of its actions it replies on its own to people who wrote to you in the last 24 hours. It never starts a conversation, sends a broadcast or places a call by itself unless you sign a mandate with a hard edge: one action, one helper, a daily limit and an end date. Outside that, it asks again.
Where is my data?
On your own computer. The licence is checked offline, and setup reads file and program names only, never what's inside them. If you add a Claude API key, the work a helper is doing, including the records it looks up, is sent to Anthropic.

Business and Personal. Healthcare, Corporate and Government are in development on the same engine and carry no dates and no prices yet.
How much does it cost, and how do I pay?

Is it right for my business?
It fits a business with work that repeats (enquiries, quotes, orders, invoices, follow-ups) and an owner who is the bottleneck. It is not the answer where the output needs a licensed professional's signature, like a diagnosis or an audit opinion: helpers can prepare that work, but a person must sign it.
